Wisconsin
Related: About this forumSen Ron Johnson, Wisconsin-- So when he leaves DC, he heads to Florida, not Wisconsin.
I imagine he claims his Florida home as his second or summer home. But seems he prefers Florida to Wisconsin.
Despite @SenRonJohnsons family owning at least two private planes and a vacation home in Florida, Johnson still charged taxpayers for his personal travel for at least 19 separate trips from Ft Myers, FL to DC. So when he leaves DC, he heads to Florida, not Wisconsin.

(9,757 posts)Politicians who spent too much time out of state as having been in Washington too long. That was one of the memes that ended Frank Churchs (D-Idaho) career in the Senate.
Despite the fact Im a Texan and we have a matched pair of R boobs, I wonder about the wisdom of those Wisconsin voters who allowed this man to remain in office.

(9,757 posts)Please take note that I didnt say ALL Wisconsin voters. I was being rude to the careless, ill-informed, and credulous Wisconsin voters who voted for Tool of the Kremlin Ron Johnson, not those thoughtful, patriotic, well-wishing Wisconsin voters who voted for the worthy Mandela Barnes.
The sad fact of the matter was that Wisconsins Good Guys were outvoted, just as the Good Guys of Texas were outvoted by the bone-heads who voted for Abbot, Cruz and Cornyn.
