Green Bay Absentee Is the Key

Green Bay & Kenosha absentee votes are the key to who wins Wisconsin.
As of 6am, we don't know.
Green Bay had a voter turnout of 84%, which is astounding.

We can hope, but Brown County (Green Bay) is quite red, with the Congressional and State race results going red.
