I'm convinced one of the reasons the COVID numbers never spiked as badly in Montgomery and Greene Counties as in the rest of Ohio is, we're all so shell-shocked from the tornadoes on Memorial Day, the shooting in the Oregon District, the KKK marching in downtown Dayton ... if anybody suggests anything to prevent a disaster, it's easy to get people around here on board with anything that might make it less awful.
