So who will be our new Governor?

It sounds like magat lady Bird wants to run on the repuke side to replace Reynolds, but who will the Dems run against her or whomever gets the nod on that side?
Rob Sand is my choice. What does everybody else say?

I hope he gets the chance. He's everything that "Iowa Nice" used to be.

If he is our guy, I expect we will see tons of dirty money flowing into the state to oppose him regardless of who their candidate is. I talked to a Dem Rep, Josh Turek a while ago. He said that the GOP, Americans for Prosperity (Koch funded) and others spent hundreds of thousands to try to beat him. It didn't work. I think the GOP fears people like Turek and Rob Sand as a threat to their odious agenda and will pay a lot to try to defeat them.
