According to Georgia Republican U.S. Senator David Perdue, when Republicans had the White House, Senate and the House from 2000 to 2006, they didnt fix the healthcare problems the country had Transportability, Affordability and Accessibility. Obamacare at least tried to fix that, Perdue told to some 260 attendees during a DeKalb and Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce combo-event Tuesday.
Perdue said the recent attempt to introduce an Obamacare replacement bill that effectively left Democrats out of the conversation, proves his point Democrats and Republicans must work together to solve the complex healthcare issue moving forward. He said polarization is one of the great threats to solving a problem. I believe theres no danger to finding a compromise solution, said Perdue.
