In one episode, Jerry and George are pitching a TV show to network executives. When pressed to explain the plot or the theme of their show, they describe it as "a show about nothing." That's what the Seinfeld show was, of course, a show about nothing in particular and everything in general.

I really don’t need to watch it, now that Seinfeld has tipped his misogynistic hand. I won’t watch anymore. I’d be watching with gritted teeth.

It’s from the 1990’s. They don’t have cell phones…..the advertisements don’t take 5 minutes……sorry, I just love it, and them, the actors.

Thirty years later the brilliance still shines through.

I always try to separate the artist from the art, and will continue to do so with Seinfeld just as I did with Annie Hall and House of Cards.
