The "colt" (juvenile) Whooper, in between the adults, has the brownish markings.

Ive lived here 55 years and never seen any here until about 5 years ago and, so far, theyve returned every year

Whether these gorgeous cranes or the technological wonders of modern jets, the beauty and grace is incredible.
