(154,806 posts)If I can do that much, with my photos, I'm very happy to do it!
It's a great place to visit and shop. Thank you for enjoying and for letting me know.

(21,377 posts)I just love colorful things, and your farmers market pics always scratch that itch for me nicely, Peggy!
I haven't been to a farmers market in years, but I think I'll check some out this year. Around here, those are a summertime thing, so it will be a while yet.

(154,806 posts)They had a similar effect on me! I thought they'd be great in my little photo essay.
Farmer's Markets are good places to go. All kinds of great crops can be found in them, plus flowers and sometimes yummy things to eat.
We don't have any real seasons here, so they run all year round. There's more variety in the summer, though.
I'm addicted!

(38,039 posts)Im envious of your year-round farmers markets in California. Our weather here has been so gray and gloomy lately, I really do appreciate seeing the color and beauty in your photos, Peggy.

(154,806 posts)I really appreciate your kind remarks! We are lucky here, with our climate enabling us to host these markets year-round.
Not only do we get great produce, but we get to walk around in the sunlight while we enjoy ourselves. It's about as perfect as it can be.
We're very lucky and we know it.
