REVIEW: Oasis - Marvel Stadium, Melbourne

https://www.ausmusicscene.com.au/news/review-oasis-marvel-stadium-melbourne

The lads are back, and Melbourne might never recover.

If there’s a higher energy setting on the human experience dial, Oasis just found it and snapped it clean off. I’ve genuinely never seen more chaos, joy, and bucket hats in one place in my entire life. It wasn’t a gig, it was a pilgrimage.

Liam Gallagher strolled out like he owned the joint, and to be fair, he did. Cool, calm, and every bit the frontman we all pretend to be in the shower. Noel was shredding like a man who’s been waiting decades to remind everyone he’s the architect of anthems. The chemistry? Still frosty, still perfect. Exactly as it should be.

The setlist was a dream: Some Might Say, Roll With It, Cigarettes & Alcohol, Live Forever, Rock ’n’ Roll Star. Every song hit like a time machine and a shot of adrenaline rolled into one. And then that encore… Wonderwall into Champagne Supernova. Unreal. People were losing their minds.
