Wish me luck! Gonna make a spinach, artichoke, and cheese calzone for dinner. I always use Trader Joe's fresh pizza
dough, but rather than mixing the filling I’m using a store bought spinach and artichoke dip to which I’ll add some parm and layer with fresh baby spinach. Failure is not an option! 😬
