We have snow. You have palmetto bugs, iguanas that fall out of trees, chiggers, alligators, water moccasins, pythons, Donald Trump, and Ron DeSantis. QED.

Just enough to make everything glow luminously under the moon. I love snow!

We used to sightsee during the New Year's holiday, fewer tourists. Now people walk around places filming and put it on YouTube which is very convenient, don't have to worry about cold or finding a place to pee or where to get something to eat when cozy at home.

One of my favorites is UNESCO world heritage site Shirakawa Village in Gifu prefecture where residents still live in the preserved thatched roof farmhouses that were used for silk production, beautiful in the deep snow:
