Hope you like it It's one of my favorites, even if I haven't used it for a few years.

My husband got it for me in the late 90s. I got the hanger another time.

I'm a pushover for certain Christmas ornaments. You're husband did a wonderful job!

Here's a few of mine. I don't always hang the same ones every year either. I have a difficult time choosing favorites.

My dragonfly

One of my owls

I made these Victorian medallions of out Christmas wrapping paper

I bought these brand new in the early 2000's. They look like the mid century modern reflector ornaments.

I love the dragonfly. Very unusual. Looks like you have some vintage glass ornaments. Pretty.

Glad you like the Santa.

I like looking at the vintage decorations.

I watched the first video and will take a look at the second one later. If you can make those medallions, you can make these!

I don't know what you have as far as tools, so please excuse me if I am over-stepping, but I have a bunch of Exacto knife kits and self-healing mats that would work good for this type of thing.

Seems like the only difficult part in the first video is getting the pattern right the first time.

Here's an Amazon link below in case you don't have these things (but you probably already do).

All that being said, I KNOW you could make those. Me, however? I couldn't make those.

Good luck if you give them an attempt!

It's okay, those videos are an abundance of information.

I don't have those tools either. I would have to think about if I really want to make these ornaments. This link that you provided is very helpful so thank you for that.

I'll let you know if I ever decide to enter the exciting world of homemade honeycomb ornament making!

I got those brand new at a department or dollar store sometime in the early 2000's

I don't remember what store or exactly what year, I wish that I would have bought more of those and kept the original box that they came in.

The second cat (third photo) has her coloration -- calico/tabby mix, heavy on the calico.

I never got nice photos of Zoey in action because I had quit using a camera for the longest time. By the time I had adapted to digital (on the cheap) she didn't get around the house as much, after my two adoptees moved in. She spent pretty much all her time in Mother's TV room on Mother's lap, or on Mother's bed. So no action photos. I miss the little chunklet. She reminded me in some ways of Ratbert, in the Dilbert comic -- cheerfully clueless, or cluelessly cheerful. If you called out her name, she would respond with a loud exclamation in that cracked voice of hers -- no control, but top volume. It was nice to be greeted that way.

Torties (short for tortoise shell) But it doesn't matter what color the kitties are. They are amazing companions and we miss them when they are gone. I'm glad we have any pictures of our last kitties. We got them at the beginning of the digital era and with the kids grown up and out of the house, we had to take pictures of someone!

Hope you enjoy good memories of your kitty.
