The Peonies are in bloom finally.

I took some cuttings today and placed them in a vase.

Don't worry, I did shake them and looked them over a few times before bringing the cuttings inside.

Mine, in central Iowa, are finished for the year. It was lovely while it lasted. Now, the mock orange bushes are in bloom and very fragrant.
