I'm in Florida, the area where we are suppose to get high levels of rain this weekend. Went to Publix. Nothing is sold out including plenty of TP. Or maybe it's the demographic of the shoppers.

They won't be able to recoup on those pallets of crap that is actually produced/transported domestically. The kids still need to eat this month and bills need to be paid-- and it is only the 4th. Ignorance hurts more than we can quantify. sigh...

But, idiots are freaking out about a port strike by hoarding goods that don't come into the ports.
Household paper goods; bread; cleaning products? Those are 99+% North American made and are transported by truck & train. And now, there's no strike!
Fortunately, there is no such silliness 'round these parts. I was at the supermarket today. All shelves full.
