President Donald Trump has repeatedly maintained that he had no knowledge of Jeffrey Epsteins sex crimes.
But in July 2006, just as Jeffrey Epsteins criminal case became public, Trump called then-Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter to tell him that Epsteins activities with teenaged girls were well known in both New York and Palm Beach.
Thank goodness youre stopping him, everyone has known hes been doing this, Trump told Reiter, according to a 2019 FBI interview with Reiter contained in the Justice Departments Epstein case files.

Any statement to police about Epstein a la "everyone knows" is first and foremost a confession of his personal knowledge, NOT as it superficially seems a statement about other people's knowledge.

Key, documented lawsuits include:
2006 (Flagpole Dispute): Filed a $25 million lawsuit against the Town of Palm Beach for fines related to a large American flag at Mar-a-Lago.
2010 (Airport Noise/Expansion): Sued Palm Beach County and the airport over flight paths and planned expansion affecting Mar-a-Lago.
2015 (Security Restrictions): Filed a lawsuit regarding security measures and flight restrictions, as noted in this YouTube video.
1990s (Airport Noise): Sued over airport noise, which was dropped after reaching a settlement, according to this YouTube video.
