If the executive has the military, and the congress the purse, why does the judiciary not have an enforcement arm of is own?
The Attorney General is supposed to be THE PEOPLE'S ATTORNEY....not a Trump dick sucker on their knees slurping loudly...

I'm not an officer of any court and would not presume to fully comprehend the implications of doing such.

I do like the idea on the face of it.

Conflict of interest to prosecute and rule, unless they are separated. But I hear you, this is the 2nd time we've had this problem in 55 years, Nixon and Trump. DOJ keeps dancing around with opinions, cannot prosecute sitting president, can appoint special counsel, cannot appoint special counsel. To change this you need the political will and the political power, and we never get there.

Chief U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg of Washington, D.C., on Wednesday said he would launch proceedings to determine whether to hold Trump administration officials in criminal contempt for defying his order not to remove Venezuelan migrants from the country based on the wartime Alien Enemies Act.

Are you certain that the headline has misconstrued the facts of the matter?
