Marocco reportedly "oversaw the closure of the U.S. Agency for International Development and briefly led the foreign-assistance mission at the State Department." Marocco also "worked closely with billionaire Elon Musks Department of Government Efficiency and at times clashed with Secretary of State Marco Rubio," according to the exclusive report.
