How about the NJ Attorney General announce that anyone who either directs or commits acts resulting in the forcible kidnapping and removal of NJ residents from the state without due process shall be investigated and possibly charged at the state level with those crimes.

The 2nd Amendment was designed for just this reason, and it doesn't mean we need to use guns to shoot at people. It means that states have the right to defend their status as a "free State" against a president who uses his power to act like a monarch, ignoring the laws of the land.
