whow. Sure am glad all are safe.

@RepJoshG
While waiting to take off on the runway at DCA just now, another plane struck our wing. Thankfully, everyone is safe.

…but how many days a week do Congress Critters work? He’s safely on board at noon on Thursday…so Thursday through Sunday at home and travel on Monday, possibly Sunday night. I wouldn’t care but we seem to have some pretty big problems to solve!

The airline said "the damage was limited to a winglet on each aircraft" and the planes "have been taken out of service to be inspected."

"Safety is our top priority, and we apologize to our customers for their experience," the airline added.

The representatives' flight was headed to JFK International Airport in New York. The other plane was headed to Charleston, South Carolina.
