Councilman William Carroll has officially announced his campaign for re-election to the Mobile City Council, representing District 2. With a continued focus on progress, accessibility, and opportunity, Carroll is seeking another term to build on the meaningful momentum created over the past four years.
Since rejoining the Council in 2021, Councilman Carroll has been a tireless advocate for the people of District 2—leading transformative infrastructure projects, championing affordable housing, and pushing for stronger community investments. His campaign centers on a vision for a district that is safer, more connected, and filled with opportunity for all.
