Sticker shock for a bottle of tonic water

I bought a couple quarts of tonic water yesterday at the grocery store. I remember about a couple years ago it was 80 or 90 cents a bottle. It's now $2.29! Didn't the Rapist say he was gong to bring prices down? Yikes!

My Neutrogena zinc sunblock stick was $9 last year and is $15 this year. Good gawd and that is after a Google search for the best price (Walmart/Amazon is similar ).

Food--I am boring now and really only buy the same things--very rarely meat other than some chicken. But I eat healthy and damn if vegetables and fruits, grains are not expensive as heck--not to mention all the extra effort to scrub/clean/dry them during peak parasitic (Cyclospora, Cryptosporidium) and bacterial contamination season. Even beans are considerably higher in $$. I still make my own yogurt--both regular and Greek--saving myself a bundle!

Yes. Hardware and parts (car and others)--geebus! Don't get me started.

You’d think he’d be on the Dept of agriculture to at least subsidize his trademark color.
