The bastard is still trying to invade Greenland
Greenland PM repeats message to US that the nation is not for sale after Trump envoy talksGreenland has repeated its message to the United States that the Arctic nation will never be for sale, amid negotiations with a Trump administration official months after the US president threatened to seize the island.
Jeff Landry, governor of the US state of Louisiana, was appointed in December by Mr Trump as special envoy to push for American control of Greenland.
He arrived in the capital Nuuk on Sunday, local time, and met Greenland's Prime Minister, Jens-Frederik Nielsen, and Foreign Minister Mute Egede a day later.
"We believe there is progress," Mr Nielsen told reporters after the meeting. "From Greenland's side, we are focused on finding a solution that is good for us all and, most importantly, that threats of annexation, takeover or a purchase of Greenland and the Greenlandic people do not occur.
