Are Democrats ready to pounce on "surrender monkey" Trump?

If reports are true and Trump walks away from the Iran war with Iran in control of the Strait and sanctions lifted on large amounts of Iranian and Russian oil, are Democrats ready to go on the offensive? Trump will have very clearly lost the war he had no plan for. There should be no end to the memes and derision for Trump losing a war to Iran.
