What would "accountability" look like when this regime is finally finished?

Where would "accountability" start?

In my opinion, it would start with who we decide to put in the White House. Then, it would be determined to a great degree by whom he chooses as the Attorney General.

If there is a different majority in the House and Senate, I would expect there would be bunches of investigations, many with subpoenas.

The threat of jail must be in the rules for accountability. Grand Juries would hear the evidence and those charged with crimes, very serious crimes, would then face a jury of their peers, just like our Constitution states.

For example, those that have withheld information requested by law, should be prosecuted for Obstruction of Justice, in my opinion. They can defend themselves, as they have a right to do, and say that they are separate from the Congress, in that they were a part of the Executive Branch, etc.

But the process should continue with vigor, in my opinion.
