Democrats hold a 14-point advantage when it comes to voter enthusiasm heading into the midterm elections, according to a new WaPo-ABC News-Ipsos poll.

Here’s the rundown for 2006 and 2018:

2006: Democrats gained 31 House seats and 6 Senate seats, taking control of both.

2018: Democrats gained 40 House seats, taking control, but republicans gained 2 senate seats.

We should see a decent wave election, barring (almost definite) attempted interference from the administration. The other large wave of course was 2010 where republicans won 60 seats in the house.
