A friend called me about the upcoming state of the union. He thought it started an hour earlier than scheduled. He called again about an hour later, and I could tell that he was very, very high. In fact, he said as much. We got off the phone. About an hour into the speech, he called a third time to ask, "Is this real? Is everyone seeing what I'm seeing?"

I can't speculate as to if everyone saw it the same way. But I suspect it's a pretty large majority.
