Last spring, the National Security Agency (NSA) detected evidence of an unusual phone call between an individual associated with foreign intelligence and a person close to Donald Trump, according to a whistleblowers attorney briefed on the existence of the call.
The highly sensitive communique, which has roiled Washington over the past week, was brought to the attention of the director of national intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard but rather than allowing NSA officials to distribute the information further, she took a paper copy of the intelligence directly to the presidents chief of staff, Susie Wiles, the attorney, Andrew Bakaj, said.
One day after meeting Wiles, Gabbard told the NSA not to publish the intelligence report. Instead, she instructed NSA officials to transmit the highly classified details directly to her office.
For eight months, the intelligence report has been kept under lock and key, even after the whistleblower pushed to disclose details to congressional intelligence committees.
Two attorneys and two former intelligence professionals who reviewed details of the incident and ensuing complaint shared with the Guardian have identified what they believe are a series of procedural anomalies that raise questions about Gabbards handling of national intelligence and the whistleblower disclosure, which was reported to the inspector general as a matter of urgent concern.

I cant paste the entire story here so you'll just have to read it but here is information about Gabbard
Russian Propaganda Allegations: Critics, including politicians like Mitt Romney and Adam Kinzinger, accused Gabbard of "parroting" Russian propaganda, with some reports noting her usage of talking points similar to those on Russian state media.
Ukraine & Biolabs Claim: Following the 2022 invasion, she stated there were "25+ US-funded biolabs in Ukraine" that could be compromised, a claim widely echoed by Russian state media to justify their actions. She later clarified her comments distinguished between "biolabs" and "bioweapons labs".
Geopolitical Viewpoint: Her positions frequently align with a non-interventionist approach that critics argue benefits Russian interests, such as arguing for Ukrainian neutrality and criticizing U.S. involvement in the region.
Syria and Other Ties: She previously met with Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, an ally of Russia, and has criticized U.S. intelligence on issues involving Russia and its allies.
So could it be that the Russians have placed a mole at the highest levels of the US government?
A through investigation should be made But that is not going to happen unless they are forced to have one
