Some Scandinavian PMs bike to work or take the subway, the Romanian and Moldovan presidents just go by regular commercial flights. More or less the same goes for most European heads of state.

You could get them there on ships. But planes seem more likely.

EDIT: all 8 of those SUV would have been transportable in ONE C5-M Super Galaxy, the standard US heavy transport craft.
