He's a musical rip-off artist and there have been hundreds of "jailbait" songs in the rock era.
Geez, I wrote one but I was only 17 at the time, so the theme wasn't real because the girls I knew were my age. It's just a common theme in rock.
When I got older, I realized how stupid the theme was. But, I was still a kid.
