Maybe DU needs a 'hear-say' forum?

General discussion is one thing, but stuff that has no evidence being posted more and more is getting pretty weird. It'd be nice if it was all in one place and then could be moved to General Discussion if some actually information comes up.

Just spit balling here.

Of course the issue is who defines "hear-say". The media has silos of information with extreme perspectives. walkingman Oct 30 #7
Perhaps providing links would help. BigmanPigman Oct 30 #11

It should go into Creative Speculation. So should absolutely everything generated by AI IMHO.

I love windmills, but not the morass of fretting over things that have no supporting evidence. And, yes, I am well aware that there are people scrubbing things on the internets, but maybe that's just hearsay and not really information that has gone missing.

There are links to places here a lot that I refuse to click on.
People abuse using a link to say something without giving his/her opinion.

I give my opinions without hiding behind links, although at times they are necessary.

I get a lot of my news from freespeechtv.org.

For the life of me, I don’t know why it was closed.

I really miss it, and not because I was a frequent reader/poster there.
