Trump's Cognitive Collapse is Clear: Psychologist The Daily Beast Podcast

Very substantive and worth the listen...IMO...

Dr. John Gartner joins the Beast's Joanna Coles to assess the unraveling of Donald Trump’s mind. The clinical psychologist and former Johns Hopkins professor, who warned early about Trump’s “malignant narcissism,” now says the president shows clear signs of cognitive decline, comparing his confusion and grandiosity to dictators in their final stages. Coles presses Gartner on whether Trump’s dementia makes him more dangerous or simply more delusional, and what that means for the remainder of Trump's second term and beyond. Is America being led by a man losing touch with reality, or is Trump still cunning enough to conceal his growing symptoms?

The big question in my head is, what has he done to compromise so many people? The republican party, the supreme court, judges, etc.. That is what needs to be found out?

I believe the answer to this next question is "YES". Do republicans have so many skeletons in their closets that a mafioso like trump has been able to exploit? And, we can assume he did all the compromising with the help of other republicans, and Putin. trump is evil, yes, but he is not smart enough to do it on his own, he can use the information very capably, once he has it, just like Don Corleone used to do, he sat in his chair, the information was brought to him, and he acted upon it.

Sooo...all this talk about his cognitive deficiency, his decline, etc. is useless unless someone decides to do something about it, like issuing the 25th to get him out of office. Some people will say, JD Vance is worst, and young...I agree with the predictor of, was it the Simpsons, or the other cartoon, JD Vance is not well liked, he will never make it to president, and like a Spanish saying goes, "You knock down the snake by hitting it on the head". Well, when the snake is knocked out it can't byte, you can easily place it in a cage.

He may have stuff on some of them and the more they do for him, the more such stuff piles up under them. But it's the power allow them to do things that benefit them. His decline gives them more power and the best manipulators among them influence him to do what they want. He is increasingly unaware of what they're doing to him. Look for him to be more and more insolated and controlled by others.
