9 months post-op, Alan's PSA is still coming back showing no detectable cancer.
He's graduating to a "every six month" screen (instead of every three months).
I know I had been posting about being overwhelmed by the losses being suffered by people close to me. Turns out the universe gave me some relief.
(But I still have one more funeral to attend today.)

Cancer touches most everyone. It is a curse for sure and is so prevalent that it isn't a surprise, sadly.

Great improvements in treatment have been made but the dream is that someday it will fully understood and eradicated. Your post was poetic. Thanks.
