And the ego maniac Rutte seems to diss NATO as much as Trump. Does everyone forget that Trump wanted to halt all aid to Ukraine? Does everyone forget that Trump wanted the US out of NATO? It wasn't just that he was using strategy, he actually hated NATO because they were against his buddy Putin.
