That's what I read is supposed to happen today, from the Oval Office.
I read about announcing more arms going to Ukraine.
I read about more sanctions against Russia.
I read about Lyndsey Graham shifting his stance from pro-Russia to pro-Ukraine.
Is this why Putin pal Leon Musk has been bashing Krasnov about Epstein? Did Putin give Musk orders to let Krasnov know that Putin can end Krasnov's political reign?
I wait today with bated breath for this shift today in policy. Talk is cheap, I need to see actions.
Go find the links, they are out there. I choose to give "my" opinions not someone else's.

But I don't like that he is forcing the EU to pay for it all. Basically giving Krasnov credit for supplying the weapons while our NATO friends pay for it. We need to be involved in this conflict and show solidarity with our brave Ukraine sisters and brothers on the front lines.

(4,659 posts)It is kind of funny, given Trump wants the Nobel Peace prize and all, but if he was willing to do what it took to shut down the fossil fuel related cash flow to Russia, he would 1) quickly cripple Putin's war economy; 2) Be a hero to the Ukrainians; 3) Enjoy some modicum of respect from the EU/NATO and 4) possibly have that shot at the prize. Heck, I might think of him as a bit less of a scamming, vacuous a**hole if he did it and that is a big reach.

I think we know the answer to that.

(19,352 posts)At least, the Trump-Epstein-Putin mania is going to shine a nasty light on affairs, even if it amounts to nothing factual.
In the virtual world (and is there any other?) perception is reality.
