So - the weather is definitely being drastically altered by some chemical dust being dropped from your basic crop duster.
But 1,500,000,000 cars pumping out untold bazillions of CO2 every damn day having an effect on the climate? OOooch no . . . . . thats just a big ole librul conspiracy.
