decisions by legal scholars (with the exception of Lawrence Tribe, Glenn Kirschner, George Conway, etc.) is because if law professors and/or law review students were to publish such articles, the law schools would be threatened with accreditation by the White House.

or videos, publications take a fair bit of time. I would be very surprised if there werent legal scholars writing academic articles on this court.
