Citizen handcuffed, thrown to ground. had arm twisted behind back

... manager Edgar Rodriguez said federal officers assaulted and handcuffed him after he repeatedly asked them to identify themselves and provide a warrant.

Rodriguez was standing behind a window when 10 unidentified men in fatigues arrived Thursday morning in unmarked cars and one armored vehicle.

Rodriguez, a U.S. citizen, said he asked the men several times to identify themselves and provide a reason for arriving heavily armed. The officers refused and responded by saying they were “not ICE” but did not specify which agency they were from ...

Then who the fuck are these goons working for? Does anyone know? Are they even federal agents?

These "ICE" riots have to stop. It's left up to local and state police to intervene, identify these goons and determine if they are breaking any laws, but I don't see local and state law enforcement doing anything to protect and serve the people.

ICE again came to the forefront during the second presidency of Donald Trump, as Trump once again imposed a hardline immigration policy. Trump's administration enacted a major wave of deportations, On January 22, the DHS announced the administration was rolling back an Obama-era directive that had protected illegal immigrants in sensitive areas such as hospitals, places of worship, courtrooms, funerals, weddings and schools.[19][20] Two days later, acting Homeland Security Secretary Benjamine Huffman said the agency would deport people admitted into the United States temporarily by the Biden administration.[21] The administration has used the Alien Enemies Act to quickly deport suspected illegal immigrants with limited or no due process,[22][23] and to be imprisoned in El Salvador.[24] Several American citizens were mistakenly detained and deported.[25] Administration practices have faced legal issues and stoked controversy with lawyers, judges, and legal scholars.[22] The Trump administration began setting daily targets for ICE arrests,[26] and engaged in a controversial campaign to increase the visibility of ICE's arrests.[27][28] Some have stated that ICE during this time have been targeting "Hispanic looking" people.[29] During this time, people detained by ICE have reported being deprived of food, water, and showers.[30] In the first couple of months of the second Trump administration, several people have died in ICE custody.[31]

Demonstrations emerged nationwide in 2025 against ICE's immigration enforcement activity and policies,[32][33][34][35][36] including the June 2025 Los Angeles protests.

The agency has not had a Senate-confirmed director since Sarah Saldaña stepped down on January 20, 2017;[37] the acting director is Todd Lyons.[2]

Within Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, signed into law on July 4, 2025,[38] the U.S. government allocated unprecedented funding to ICE for detention facilities, deportation operations, and additional funds to hire new agents.[39] The bill allocates ICE with more funding than any federal law enforcement agency in U.S. history and more than the federal prison system.[40] The expanded ICE funding is expected to lead to mass detentions and deportations, restricted access to asylum, and anticipated economic and humanitarian consequences.[41]

Seems like every target needs to have a lawyer present when these masked men show up.

U.S. citizens were released only after agreeing to delete videos and photos of the raid from their phones, the UFW added.

They don’t want any evidence of their brutality.

12. Can a king with no obligation to follow laws commit crimes?

Per google search, "Crime refers to actions or omissions that violate the law and are punishable by a state or other authority."

If the law does not apply to the unaccountable ruler of the USA, and there is no authority that can or will punish the actions, is it a crime?

Couple of different phone apps to help protect yourself and others.
ClipVerse will automatically upload videos to TikTok, IG, Facebook and other online social media and cloud storage sources automatically.
Privary which will create hidden folders on your phone and automatically store your photos and videos there and password protect it.
Vaulty is similar in that it creates hidden local folders on your phone but also uploads it to a secure cloud storage automatically.

Also important to remember that as long as you are not near a border or in an airport , train or bus station, that as an American citizen you cannot be compelled to unlock your device and if you go to a protest ALWAYS lock down your device and set it to use the PIN and turn off biometrics and facial recognition. iPhone has an easy to use lockdown feature that willrequire a reboot to be enabled. On your iPhone got to Settings - Privacy & Security - Lockdown Mode (all the way at the bottom)
