Has the right found a new boogeyman for the next election cycle? Sleeper Cells?

Well not totally brand new. Their islamophobia is not new. But given how poorly mass deportation is polling, I don't think that will be a winning message for next election cycle. Enter sleeper cells. There has to be something to keep people scared.
I peruse some RW sites from time to time to see what they are yammering about.
I won't link to the various sites but here are some examples
