an email to my representative Lyin Lisa Mcclain. There are 136,000 in her district MI-9 on medicaid. The population of MI-9 is ~776,000.
So 17.5% of the population in her district is on medicaid.

For whatever reason, as of late I tend to look up word origins when I see one that on the surface doesn't seen to add up, as in "mum's" the word, which I reflexively wrote first then asked myself 'whut'? We also attend a number of Shakespearean plays, so I find myself looking up those as well. For example,
