I wonder how many i.c.e. thugs are American citizens?

When the soviet union controlled the necklace of conquered nations at their borders, they stationed soldiers from other places in each country. The soldiers had no emotional ties or loyalty to the countries they were stationed in. I think the Romans did that as well.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit that non-citizens are kidnapping people.

Would not surprise me if a number of them were at the Capitol on 1/6/2021, and not in a law enforcement capacity.

Another reason for the rampant use of masks.
