Why did Cuomo perform so well in the Bronx?

I'm from NYC and the nearest explanation I've heard is that Cuomo directly appealed to labor households, but I don't know if I fully believe that so simply explains the precinct level results (or borough for that matter).

Interestingly, Lander seems to have won districts on the Upper West Side of Manhattan that are also cute and curious. I wonder how voters processed this choice, and how you all think/feel/intuit/perceive?

just said name recognition amongst low information voters, but I think that is very disrespectful to da Bronx.

Isn't it odd?

Adams being in the race makes me wonder. Will Curtis Sliwa come in third?
