DEM voters are sick of their entrenched "establishment" and DEM "leaders" in WashDC

"The people who hate this result the most are the Democratic establishment… poll after poll after poll showing Democratic voters fed up with their leaders in Washington…”

We’re tired of the leadership’s inaction and their lack of any significant speaking out. They send “strongly worded letters”, or they’re “choosing their battles”. They should tell Americans why Trump is wrong and what Dems will do to fix it! Give people a reason & desire to vote for Dems everywhere!

🔥 @danpfeiffer.bsky.social : “We’re all going ‘how can we get young people to stick with Democrats?’— then there’s a candidate they get excited about ( @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social ) and the Dem establishment & billionaires get together to torpedo his candidacy- to do it for Cuomo is unforgivable.”

They just need to drink 10 espressos with a Red Bull chaser and fight harder. Turn away from the big money and into the light. The People will reward anyone who just spits out the plain truth.

The OP isn’t “shitting” on anyone. The polls say what they say. Dems want change and accountability, including from people we voted for. Want to keep losing elections? Keep insisting that everything is fine, keep running the same candidates with the same formula, and watch the steamrolling into fascism accelerate. Or, the party can take a hard look at who is actually exciting Dems, and make some changes.

7. What is everyone on this list doing to fight Trump's agenda?

Bernie Sanders, for example, is currently touring the US and going to areas that swung for Trump in 2024. Are these people doing the same?

Professor Brain Surgeon. These two experts will get to the bottom of what’s wrong with the electorate.

6. Older Dems should be mentoring younger Dems and moving them up

into leadership. It's past time for new leadership and younger voices . None of that crap about not enough experience either . No one has experience in what we are currently going though and what is coming.

9. "Older" vs. "Younger" isn't the message.

Bernie is OLD. Liz Warren is OLD. People adore them. It’s not an age thing - it’s a speaking truth to power thing. We have some younger folks like AOC and Jasmine Crockett who are getting a ton of attention and fan base because they are not comfortable just holding their seat. They’re working, speaking out, and exciting the electorate. It’s no surprise that AOC has been touring with Bernie. So let’s stop the comfortable half-truth about “old” vs. “young,” and realize we need more candidates AND POLITICIANS who get people revved up, hopeful, and active.

10. It's not a message. Many of those older politicians in office should be stepping down.

Not only because they are old but because they are too comfortable where they are. They have no skin in the game. Look what Pelosi did to AOC when she wanted to become the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee. She could have stepped up and been a mentor. Pelosi, who carries a lot of clout, chose to support an older man who was ill with a very agressive cancer. No seat in Congress should be used as a reward for friendship. No one is entitled to get a "it's my turn now card" .

As far as establisment is concered AOC is too young Bernie is too old. If you don't like me using the terms older and younger. I don't know what to tell you. Age is a real thing. Bernie is OLD. Liz Warren is OLD. So is Walz. But they inspire people. Not because of their age but in spite of it.

I totally agree with the statements that…..

DEM voters are sick of their entrenched "establishment" and DEM "leaders" in WashDC

I will add the word “some”. As in “Some voters are sick…..”

From Schumer all the way down, there must be changes made to bring our party in line with today’s voters. AOC, Jasmine Crockett, and others should be in line for major advancements. Members like Schumer, Pelosi, and other older long serving politicians, although did what they could for our country, must see this for themselves and begin to withdraw and allow the next generation to take over.
