This kind of assault should carry bear spray and know how to use it. You can incapacitate these fuckers in groups as the spray makes a cloud and is capable of spraying out to 30ft. One cloud can affect a whole crowd if done right.

Once they go down, you can rip off their masks if they don't do it themselves. Then they can be outed and doxxed.
