Trump is planning a victory tour for his “one, big, beautiful” spending bill, which hasn't passed the Senate, according to an exclusive report from Axios.

The outlet’s source said the countrywide tour will come “shortly after” Trump’s July 4 deadline for the bill.

Both Trump and Senate Majority Leader John Thune have said the Senate cannot leave for the Fourth of July recess until the bill is passed.

5. Whatever passes has to go back to the House

They don’t seem to happy about whatever the Senate bill is either, but go ahead and have your fake victory day parade.

At this point I don’t think Trump cares what’s in the bill, just so long as it passes and he can frame it as a victory and move on.

7. It's that and his "July 4 deadline."

Since we had a few House R's admitting they signed it without reading it, I don't think we have any reason to believe they'll read it if the Senate sends it back to them.

Trump has his ear to the ground (and, I'm sure, a few weasel spies in both chambers), so once he identifies the problem children, he'll call them and threaten them with whatever's necessary.
