MAGA is desperate for a win.

At this time, six months in, they will take anything. They are wishing and hoping that Israel and Iran will have a ceasefire so Herr Trump can call it a "victory". And what a great victory it will be!

Everything has gone downhill since his inauguration, mostly because of his own ill-conceived ideas and the feelings in his "gut". Tariffs, i.e.

It doesn't take much to please a MAGA supporter. If he can find some way to extricate himself from the war that he had no business putting his nose in, then they will be back on the old bandwagon.

Anything for a win at this time.

So he has, at least, temporarily succeeded. But, incompetence usually gets it just rewards.

They’re up a couple percent for some reason. Not sure why.

One advantage of constantly creating a sh-t storm is no one is given enough time to figure out what’s going on before the next crisis. Anyone in the M$M reporting on tariffs or new trade deals lately?!?

15. They "won" all right, that is true. However...

they have nothing respectable or honorable to show for it,
not here, and definitely not on the world stage.

I think they really are desperate for a respectable win...

it's just that they literally don't know how to play that game,
and why is that?

Because governing and leading people isn't a game; isn't simple
for the stupid, ignorant, and unqualified; and doesn't involve
deliberate sadism and cruelty... and all of these are boxes that
they cannot think outside of.
