It's primary day in New York City. Polls are now open
New York City voters are heading to the polls to vote in this year's June primary.
Voters will select their party’s nominees for mayor, public advocate and city comptroller, as well as City Council members and borough presidents for the Democratic primary.
Polls are open until 9 p.m.
