And disappeared to another country. ICE Gestapo without ID, and no need to prove the status of those they kidnap.

Trump used it all for himself.

Not being flippant, just making an observation. Who has benefited from Due Process more in the last ten years than the man convicted of 34 felonies, adjudicated as a rapist and thanks to a traitorous judge, allowed to get away with stealing states secrets? He is a monster.

It applies to all who are here, citizens and non-citizens. If they can pick up an alien and deport them, then they could do it to you.
