Herr Trump is an incredibly incompetent fool. Iran had numerous trucks lined up taking....

Satellite photos of an Iranian strike site show a line of trucks before the strike. Presumably, these trucks were there to remove what was inside the bunker. Trump would have had access to such information before the strike. Did he ignore it? Or was this the usual Trump intelligence incompetence?

3. Trump bombs those locations.

And the media were almost excessively reporting "You know, there are B-2 bombers being moved", "Look! There they are!!111!!1!". "We're evacuating citizens!!11!!!!".

With very few exceptions, aircraft in US airspace have to be equipped with and USING a system called ADS-B. That broadcasts altitude, airspeed, location, climbing, descending, etc. It's purpose is to help pilots and controllers maintain awareness of the aircraft around them and what they are doing. Great for traffic separation in a non combat environment, awful for combat aircrews being shot at.

Because of that, military aircraft are allowed to turn off ADS-B. The US WANTED them to see those B-2s moving to Guam, that is apparent from the fact that Flight Tracker sites were following them using ADS-B data. We were using that to draw attention to the bombers moving to Guam. Normally a diversion like that can be a useful tactic. In this case not so much. It made the strikes somewhat safer for the crews that actually flew the missions (round trip from the states - wow, long haul), because people weren't looking at them. But it announced in advance that this strike had a high probability of happening.

The Iranians saw all this and moved as much as they could offsite before the attack happened. They may have seen it as a diplomatic bluff (doubtful, Trump's not that subtle) but they would have prepared for it anyway. Even so, that little fake was probably seen as the real thing by Iran because Krasnov had been tweeting about it for weeks and had likely prepared for it well before the actual attack.

Diversion. Bibi wants to divert attention away from Gaza. Donny wants to divert attention from his lousy parade, and dropping approval ratings.
Also, if Israel has an impenetrable Iron Shield, did they let some of those rockets get through, so that they could claim vicitmhood again?

Well, relatively easy. Got to watch out for timed munitions meant to blow up the repair crews and duds that turn out not to be duds, but generally, fixing gravel roads isn't too time consuming when you're motivated.

Honestly, those trucks were probably the tail end of the move. All the really important stuff was spirited away days prior. Safe to assume Iran has plans for doing just that, since recent events have been a distinct possibility since Obama was in office. They're not idiots. They were ready in case this scenario actually played out.

Then again, you can use radioactive hospital waste to do that. U235 is far better used to initiate nuclear fission. And by far the hardest piece of the puzzle to come by. But once acquired, with the right equipment, easily procured from industrial machine suppliers, and a little technical know how, you can make a gun type weapon in your garage. Think Little Boy. Trinity was a test of the more complex and challenging implosion type weapon, fat man. They didn't bother to test Little Boy since everyone knew it would work.

That's the part that gives me a moment of pause. If they have enough weapons grade material, Iran can build nuclear weapons relatively quickly. And already have the long and medium range deliver systems to transport them. And they sure as shit have a reason to with all this talk of "regime change."

To make these, they stir radioactive material into conventional explosives. When the bomb explodes it scatters radioactivity over a wide area. The only thing radioactive material has to be if you want to use it in a dirty bomb, is radioactive.

for the corporate media to spread out to all the gullible, brain-damaged rubes who just love a (phony) tough guy. He gets to stand with Israel and bomb Iran so he can look good for the even more brain-damaged christians. He lets Putin know ahead of time so Iran can remove whatever they need to so Putin stays happy. How many millions of dollars were wasted on this utter bullshit? Trump puts on his big boy pants, and shows Iran his bigly fierce WMDs in action.

See Iran? Trump has spoken, brought eternal peace to the land by taking away your (imaginary, future) nukes, and gets you to behave in a more civilized manner.
No more war, Trump polishes his high lift shoes for the inevitable award ceremony where he gets the Nobel Peace prize!

Meanwhile, Bibi wets his pants because Trump once again did exactly what Bibi wanted!

Couple of sticking points:
1. Iran may or may not have had a lot of 60% refined nuke fuel, and Iran may or may not have shifted it to a more secret location.
2. Iran now knows what a bully boy both Bibi and Donald are, and is likely to step up any pre-nuke work just to get the same deterrent as Israel and the US already have.
3. The Middle East has a long history of neighbours disliking each other, to the point where warfare breaks out.
Trump's superficial actions and need for the Nobel thing won't make any difference.
4. Any suggestions for 'regime change' should apply equally to Israel and the US.
