There are reports from Reuters and AFP news agencies of explosions being heard over Doha.

It follows earlier reports from US media saying that Iran was imminently preparing to fire missiles at a US base in Qatar.

Give the US (not just Israel) the excuse to take out any and all missiles and their missile command, production and fuel facilities in Iran? Pretty dumb move. Makes as much sense as "closing" the Strait of Hormuz, as if that were achievable by Iran. They are going to lose all their missiles and boats, whether or not we got their nuke weapons program.

TEHRAN, Jun. 23 (MNA) – Media in Iraq said Monday night that Iran fired as many as six missiles at the US Ai Assad Base in Iraq while explosions were also in Qatari capital of Doha.

Reuters reported that US troops air defense over Ain Al-Assad Base in west of Iraq was activated on Modnay night after Iran missile attack.

Media also reported UAE airspace was closed after suspected Iran's retaliatory missile attack.

Iranian state media has announced Iran has begun its “mighty and victorious” response to US strikes.
The state-run Tasnim agency says that Iran's Revolutionary Guard launched missiles at US bases in Qatar and Iraq. In the last few minutes, we've seen reports of explosions heard in Qatar.
