Numerous military type gear,
None, or lots of the ‘uniforms’ do not match.

It’s like everyone bought their own gear,
Generic Police crap logos any wannabe cop can buy online these days

That guy is everywhere.

Did you notice how not a single of these guys has a "Police" patch that look like the next guy ?

Are they making them in their basement or what ?

has different uniform policies and different placards and identifiers. Its all very confusing (and probably purposefully so)

He just has some local knowledge, it sounds like. And he did say that the different badges were probably purposefully confusing. Doesn't sound like he is defending them. But that's just my take.
